Jan 26 – CanWIT BC Strengths-Based Management Breakfast

Canadian Women in Technology B.C. Breakfast Club: Strengths-Based Management

Following from the previous session (Sept 2010), CanWIT is presenting a session that will help participants understand how they can use their top 5 strengths to be a more effective leader. Gallup’s research on Strengths has shown that people that focus on their strengths are more successful and happy in their careers than those who try to improve upon their weaknesses. Participants that did not attend the Sept 2010 session will complete the StrengthsFinder test, an online self-assessment developed by Gallup prior to the session.
