Feb 24 – Dress Right for Business Seminar

WIE(VR) – Women in Engineering (Vancouver Region) invites you to its 3 year anniversary with “Dress Right for Business”, Thursday February 24th, 2011 presented by Kimberly Law, founder of Personal Impact International.

Dress Right for Business

If you have ever been unsure if you were dressed appropriately for a job interview, a client meeting or a networking event, you’re not alone. Making these kinds of errors can get in the way of your professional credibility and influence people’s impressions about your company.  In this workshop we will explore the do’s and don’ts of professional dress to help you outclass your competition.

Have fun while learning new skills that will save you time, improve your professional image and prevent future costly mistakes.

  • How to dress smart to insure confidence throughout the day
  • What to wear to look more authoritative, credible, approachable or relaxed
  • How to use colour to your advantage
  • How to avoid costly image faux pas that undermine your effectiveness
