Nov 30 – Memorial Service

On December 6, 1989, an armed man walked into an engineering class at l’École Polytechnique de Montréal. After forcing the men to leave, he stated that he hated feminists. He started shooting the women in the class, then beyond it. At the end of his killing rampage, he shot himself.

Attend this memorial for the 14 women who were killed that day, as well as the countless women who have been victims of gender-based violence. Show your support, EUS-hosted reception to follow.
