CanWIT eMentorship Program

The CanWIT eMentorship program is ready for your participation! If you are looking for mentorship from experienced professionals in technology, or, if you are that experienced professional and ready to give back.

The CanWIT eMentorship program is anchored in a collaborative platform. The social Mentoring system combines one-to-one, groups and situational mentoring into one program for seamless knowledge-sharing that transcends location, occupation, and generation. The system utilizes compelling media types (video blogs, micro blogs and federated search) to design and deliver an interactive, operations-based mentoring program. The program is measurable, affording solid data around usage, performance, engagement and success based on predefined metrics.
