Article: Increasing the Number of Women in Engineering – Time to Act

Marg Latham (PEng) reflects in her article, “Increasing the Number of Women in Engineering: Time to Act” in the November/December issue APEGBC’s Innovation, about her formative experiences and why it is imperative to act now to increase the number of women in engineering.

“The inability of engineering to attract women to all disciplines is a complex problem,” she writes, “There are many questions without easy answers…it is time for us all to work together…”
