Mar 17: Girls Exploring Physics workshop

Girls Exploring Physics is a free workshop for girls in grades 9 and 10 held at the SFU Burnaby campus. This half-day workshop includes two hands-on activity sessions in physics. There will also be a discussion of the career opportunities available to students who study physics at the university level. During the lunch provided to the participants they will have a chance to interact informally with women physics faculty and students from SFU. The next workshop will be held on Tuesday March 17, 2015. Click here for more information and to register.
