TD & Rotman are seeking to understand how women’s family and legacy aspirations intersect with their career aspirations. This essay competition will critically look at the challenges that Canadian women face in advancing their career aspirations and the role that education and financial sectors may play in contributing to solutions and successes of Canadian professional women. The winner of the competition will receive a cash award of $10,000!
