Faculty Lunches

Dr. Elizabeth Croft will be hosting lunch sessions for women faculty in Applied Science. The purpose of the sessions is to keep a pulse on women in the faculty, and to discuss efforts to attract, recruit, and retain women in engineering.

Faculty Association Status of Women Committee

Dr. Elizabeth Croft sits on the UBC Faculty Association Status of Women Committee, which is responsible for mentoring, policy development, and advocacy on gender equity issues, including pay equity, discrimination (particularly in recruitment, retention, and promotion), working climate, and work-life balance.
