2013 Women In™ Science Event

Date: Wednesday, November 27, 2013
Place: Four Seasons Hotel, Downtown Vancouver

Women In™ is an annual luncheon that recognizes and celebrates women working in non-traditional fields. Each year, the Minerva Foundation honours four extraordinary women who have made an impact in their communities through leadership, excellence, philanthropy and service.

In 2013, women working in science will be honoured.

Nominate a Woman in Science!
Do you know a woman working in the sciences whose work should be recognized? Nominate her for one of four available awards. The four honourees are chosen by a Committee of community leaders and industry experts.

Award Categories

  • Two (2) honourees will receive awards for community leadership and excellence in the field of science
  • One (1) honouree will receive an award for her role as a volunteer or philanthropist in the field of science
  • One (1) honouree will receive the Emerging Leader in Science award
