Nov 6: Power Up: Mental Fitness and Resilience-Building in Life and Work

SCWIST will be hosting a one-hour workshop led by Michelle Sangster, who will lead participants through an interactive, playful, and informative series of activities to help participants build confidence in life and work through learning resilience. This is followed by a panel discussion by four scientists who share their stories of resilience and confidence-building.

The workshop will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2014 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm at:
