Article: To change the face of engineering, change admissions policies

At a midwestern public university, the number of female engineering applicants increased by 46% over 4 years, but the number of them actually admitted into engineering increased by only 24%. This article discusses the role of admissions policies in gender bias throughout this university’s engineering admissions process.
