Travel

In recognition of the significant expense required to travel from outside the immediate area, a limited pool for travel assistance is available.

To apply: Submit your request anytime after May 15th. Note that limited funds are available, and that they are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Eligibility: You must attend and pay the appropriate registration fees for the full conference (including banquet) to be eligible, and sufficient funds must be available in the pool. Subsidies are available for each of several geographic regions. You will be notified if assistance can be provided or if you have been waitlisted as soon as possible. Waitlisted candidates may eventually receive subsidies if additional funds can be made available.

Funds will be processed on a reimbursement basis after the conference. The maximum available per person or per group depends on your geographic region. In areas where subsidies are available for groups travelling together, we will help you connect with other attendees whenever possible.
