WWEST is a program to support the recruitment and retention of women in engineering, science and technology on the west coast. Dr. Elizabeth Croft is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of British Columbia and has initiated this program as part of the NSERC Chair for Women in Science and Engineering, BC/Yukon.
