Report: MentorNet’s Spot Survey Results. Extraordinary 96%+ STEM Graduation Rate

Recently, MentorNet surveyed past proteges and current proteges aimed at discovering proteges’ graduation rates and employment in STEM.

  • The overall STEM graduation rate was an astounding 96%+
  • 20% of our proteges were employed in some form by their mentor’s company.

This suggests that MentorNet is one of the greatest engines for STEM persistance, graduation and flow through the pipeline for our proteges, our sponsors, and our mission of growing a strong, diverse STEM diverse workforce.

Congrats to us all – and our mentors, proteges and sponsors – for this ongoing success in our mission! Click here to read our preliminary survey results. Look for more detailed results in our next newsletter.
