APR 10: Mentorship, Technology and You

How can you benefit from a successful mentorship experience? CanWIT National and CanWIT BC Chapter are pleased to invite you to an exclusive workshop for women in technology.

If you are looking for a mentor: Find out how a mentor can promote your achievements; See how a mentorship relationship can build critical skills to move your career forward; Identify the “right” mentor to guide you.


If you are looking for a mentee: Learn how to establish a framework to build a successful mentorship relationship; Practice how to clarify the ground rules including the what, when and how of the relationship; Understand what selection criteria are important before saying “yes” to a mentee.
