Survey on Immigrant Professional Networks in BC Conducted by Immigrant Employment Council of BC

The Immigrant Employment Council of BC (IEC-BC) is conducting a survey about immigrant professional networks in BC.

If you are an immigrant please help by filling in the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/IECBC_Survey_Immigrant_Professionals_Science_Tech

Please answer Immigrant Women in Science program of Society for Canadian Women in Science and Technology on question number 9: Which Professional Immigrant Network(s) are you part of?

As mentioned above, this survey is administered by the Immigrant Employment Council of BC (IEC-BC) supproted by the Vancouver Foundation. IEC-BC is a provincial non-government organization that is working to build awareness about the strategic benefits of integration immigrants into BC’s labour market.

This survey is part of an initial study about Immigrant Professional Networks in BC and and all members of these networks are invited to participate in the survey. The more immigrants that take part in this survey the better we can understand how people benefit from being members of organizations like ours and what other support professional immigrant networks might benefit from. It should not take more than 8-10 minutes and by filling out the survey each participant will be entered into a draw of one of three $50 gift card(s).

More information is provided in the introduction to the survey. Please do not hesitate to contact Sangeeta at sangeeta.subramanian@iecbc.ca if you need additional clarification. Please note, all the information collected is confidential and the survey closes on SEPTEMBER 15, 2012.
