Article: Building a More Diverse Facebook

Facebook, following the footsteps of Google and Yahoo, has released their workforce diversity data. The report reveals that women make up only 31% of the overall company. This figure drops to 23% of senior level employees, and down to 15% of the tech employees. In terms of ethnicity, 91% of US employees are Asian or white. These figures are similar to the other two internet giants, and reflect a disappointing lack of diversity.
