IEEE Vancouver Section Centennial Event, Monday June 27th

The IEEE Life Members Affinity Group is proud to present the next IEEE Vancouver Section Centennial Event on Monday June 27th at SFU Harbour Centre, Downtown Vancouver

We will gather to celebrate our history with an exciting program. The keynote presentation will be given by IEEE History Centre Staff Director, Dr. Michael Geselowitz titled “From Softwood to Software: 100 Years of IEEE and Vancouver”.

We have also asked some of the long-standing members of the section to share their memories with us and will have some announcements on the section’s activities on the centennial to share with members. IEEE Canadian Foundation scholarship winner, Emily Landry will be recognized and will receive her scholarship. IEEE Canada dignitaries will be attending and it will be a good opportunity to meet them and network with your peers.

No admission fee, open to all. However seats are limited, please register on-line in advance at the URL given below.
