The 15th Biennial Conference of the Canadian Coalition of Women in Engineering, Science, Trades and Technology (CCWESTT) will be held in Regina on May 21 to 24, 2014. The Conference theme is “Open Opportunities: Mentoring the Future”.
The conference will include panel discussions and concurrent break out sessions with various presentation and discussion formats. The preliminary topics for the sessions include:
- Aboriginal recruitment and retention
- Mentoring and Networking
- Innovation
- Life/Work Balance
- Youth initiatives
- Diversity in the Workplace
- Future Workforce
- Beyond the Technical
- Having it All
- Field Work Challenges
- Service in SETT
CCWESTT encourages you to consider participating on a panel discussion or in a break out session. Please provide a brief description of your topic, potential audience and preferred format (panel, presentation, discussion, etc.).
Submissions can be sent to ccwestt2014abstracts@gmail.com and are due by October 1, 2013. Your participation will be confirmed by November 30, 2013.
