OCT 31: BCWEN Dockside Green Tour

BCWEN will tour the Dockside Green development on October 31 at 8:30am.
Please email jessica.mcilroy@bcwen.ca if you are interested in attending. The tour is free, but space is limited.

Dockside Green is a residential development in Victoria that is the first community ever to target LEED Platinum certification. The buildings use a fresh air heat recovery system and are designed to use 45-55% less energy than the Canadian Model National Energy Code. The development also has a Nexterra gasification system for district energy.

More information about Dockside Green can be found on their website.
