Electricity Human Resources of Canada (EHRC) is conducting a survey for their “Bridging the Gap” project.  By surveying a number of individuals from across the country regarding the issues and challenges relating to the attraction, recruitment and retention of women in the electricity and renewable energy sector, we will be better able to develop strategies to enhance the number of skilled female workers in this rapidly expanding industry.
