Article: Many women leave engineering, blame the work culture

A recent study has found that out of the respondents in the study, only 62% of women with engineering degrees are currently working in engineering. Respondents said that the engineering workplace was unfriendly and hostile to women, and that companies did not provide opportunities for women to advance and develop.
