Call For Engineering Mentor for Undergraduate Student

Interested in getting involved in the engineering community? Want to make a difference in the life of an undergraduate student?

The undergraduate office at the University of British Columbia received an  email from a student considering architecture school or mathematics, who is looking for a mentor

She has just finished her second year in the Mathematics program at a university in BC and is planning either to get into Architecture School or to continue on in Mathematics.  She is looking for a Mentor who can advise her on career directions, how to choose courses in order to follow those career choices, how to get experience in her field and, in general, find out more about the choices that are available to her.

If you are interested in mentoring her, please email mechstudentassistant@apsc.ubc.ca .
