Unmasking the Gender Effect

MentorNet has organized a free online webinar that takes a deeper look at some fundamental differences between men and women in the workplace and in school. The webinar promises to introduce you to compelling new ways of thinking, and help you speak and act to increase innovation and productivity. The online presenter will be Bonita Banducci, an instructor of Gender and Engineering at Santa Clara University.
