Women in Engineering Research at the Memorial University of Newfoundland

A current student at Memorial University of Newfoundland, who is pursuing her Master’s in Engineering Management, is conducting a research project aimed to find out the progress of women engineers and what the engineering industry could do in order to attract and retain more women engineers in Canada and India.

In order to gather primary data for her research she will need to survey 50 working women engineers in Canada. Anonymity and confidentiality of the participant is assured. The results obtained from the survey will be used for her final report. They will also be presented at a national conference in Halifax. (http://ccwestt2012.ca/ )
